Is your reason good enough?

You say no.

You even give a reason.

Then somebody questions it.

And suddenly you’re explaining the explanation.

“Well, it’s not just that. I’ve also had a really busy week, and Sunday we’re doing this other thing, and…”

Wait.

What just happened?

Your reason was good enough thirty seconds ago.

Then someone challenged it, and suddenly you were searching for a better one.

I’ve done this more times than I could possibly count.

And I finally realized something:

I wasn’t explaining my decision anymore. I was defending my right to make it.

That’s what I wrote about this week.

Not why you should stop explaining yourself.

Not why other people’s opinions don’t matter.

But what happens when we accidentally make someone else the judge of whether our reason is good enough.

Apparently Pinky’s confidence-week takeover has created a monster.

Because this week Orangie would like a word. 😂

The Boundaries Edition of Positivi-Tea is basically made for the moment after you set the boundary—when somebody pushes back and your brain immediately starts drafting a closing argument.

Each jar has 25 Tea + Stir prompts: a grounded truth or reframe, followed by something practical to help you actually use it.

No “protect your peace” slapped on a piece of paper and sent out into the world to fend for itself.

Actual help for the messy part.
