A little challenge for you...

a photo on a blue background of a brain with books and hearts coming out of it. And the words, Your Brain Loves a Good Story, Why Anxiety Fills In The Blanks

Hi Reader,

Today, I want you to notice something.

Not your thoughts.

Not your symptoms.

Just the stories.

How many times does your brain finish someone else's sentence?

How often does it assume it knows why someone didn't text back?

Or decide what a strange sensation means before you actually know?

Once you start noticing it, you'll see it everywhere.

The trick isn't stopping your brain from writing stories. It's remembering that not every story is true.

That's exactly what this week's article is all about.
